Enroll in KAO
“All of us will learn. All of us will go to college.”
Work with KAO to get your child there.

Commitment.
KAO will provide a safe family environment where every teacher, student, and parent is dedicated to helping each student succeed. We all commit together to think, work, and behave in the best way that we know how, and do whatever it takes for all students to learn.
Longer hours = more time to learn.
Students will be in school longer hours during the week (7:30 am to 5 pm), one Saturday per month, and two weeks during the summer. The curriculum is rigorous and will include at least one hour of homework every day. All students will participate in field lessons and will have the opportunity to earn a weeklong end-of-year trip out of town.
The best teachers.
Our teachers are exceptional, innovative, caring, and effective educators, committed to helping every student learn – making no excuses about a student’s educational history or demographic background. Every teacher has a cell phone and is available for help with homework in the evenings.
How to enroll.
To enroll your child in KAO, you will need to fill out a Lottery Ticket. You can pick this form up at our main office or at an enrollment information session (times and dates TBA for spring 2011)
