What the Holocaust Costs
January 18, 2009
Good evening observers, or internet browsers. My name is Nasser B. from the class of 2016. Today we went to the Metro train in the morning. It wasn't very crowded like most of the days we take the Metro train. We took the train to the Holocaust Museum.
This museum is mainly about what Adolf Hitler did to persuade people to believe his lies, how he treated different types of people that he didn't like for some reason. Some of the people he didn't like were the Jews, the Gypsies, the Polish, and Blacks.
Lastly the museum is mainly about what Hitler's solution or consequence was for doing those cruel things to those different types of people from around the world for no reason.
The way I feel about these things is sad, mad, happy, and painful. Why do I say these certain emotions? I say these certain emotions because I know how I would feel if I went through the things these people went through.
When we left the museum and walked on the sidewalk almost every person on the sidewalk was selling something based on Obama. There were Obama shirts, buttons, hats, and also rubber bands. It made me feel like I knew the real love people had for Obama. I was also happy that people really have Obama's spirit. After we got through the sidewalk and went to the subway it was very shocking to me. When we got into the subway there were more than 1000 people or more waiting for the Metro train just in our station.
If you read our blogs everyday you will see an increase in our excitement!
