KIPP LA seeks qualified, passionate individuals to educate our students and provide support services to our schools.
We have teaching and administrative positions at our schools, as well as finance, operations, and fundraising positions at our School Support Center. We are also in the process of identifying school leaders to open new KIPP LA schools in the next few years.

Teach at a KIPP LA School.
We are hiring teachers for elementary and middle school positions. KIPP teachers:
- Hold a valid California teaching credential for the subject and/or grade level they will teach;
- Are committed to working with educationally under-served students;
- Hold high expectations for every student;
- Possess strong content area knowledge and classroom management skills;
- Teach in our extended day and year schedule;
- Contribute to a relentless and dedicated team of outstanding professionals;
- Communicate well with students, families, and colleagues; and
- Have achieved strong results in the past.
Candidates who have at least one to two years of full-time teaching experience and have worked with underserved youth strongly preferred.
