The KIPP LA referral program offers team members an opportunity to refer people they believe would be an asset to our team and family. Studies show that referrals stay longer and perform better. This means, you can have a direct impact on building a high quality staff working to impact our students.
All current full-time employees are eligible to participate. Teachers who have accepted to an instructional position at KIPP LA but will not start until the 2019-2020 school year are also eligible to participate before they start, subject to the program rules outlined below.
How the Program Works:
Step 1: Submit referral here;
Step 2: Talent team will reach out to the person you referred;
Step 3: Referred candidate goes through the interview process;
Step 4: If your referral is hired you get paid!
What you get:
If referral gets hired, you receive 250 Bonously Points;
Then, once they complete 60 days, you get paid up to $750.
