KIPP Comienza Community Prep Results

KIPP Comienza Community Prep's kindergartners showed impressive mastery of all subjects by the end of the 2010-11 school year, as measured by the national SAT-10 test, (which benchmarks the performance of our kindergartners against first grade results). Though many students at KIPP Comienza Community Prep entered kindergarten without basic letter and number recognition skills, by the end of the year, 92 percent were reading, and 79 percent were performing math at or above the national average.
