Across Los Angeles, KIPP LA’s students and staff are proving that demography does not determine destiny: students from our most underserved communities can achieve at the highest levels.

KIPP LA seeks qualified, passionate individuals to educate our students and provide support services to our schools. We have teaching and administrative positions at our schools, as well as finance, operations, and fundraising positions at our School Support Center. We are also in the process of identifying school leaders to open new KIPP LA schools in the coming years.
